Danielle Robinson Smith has dedicated her life to servant leadership, consistently seeking roles that serve a purpose beyond herself. Her journey began after high school when she joined the federal government as a summer intern at the Department of the Air Force, working in the Records Management and Privacy Act Office. This experience ignited her pride in public service and set the stage for her future endeavors.

 

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Marketing from Hampton University in 2004. After graduation, she moved to Washington, D.C., to work at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. She is a certified Professional Coach, mediator, MBTI Practitioner, Human Capital Strategist, strategic workforce planner, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

 

Beyond her professional achievements, her more cherished titles include Woman of God, Wife, and Mother! Danielle is a devoted wife to Randy Smith and a proud mother of two wonderful boys, Bryce and Jax. Family and legacy are central to her life, providing purpose and immense joy.

Glenn Coleman is a retired Chief Master Sergeant of the United States Air Force with an impressive 26 years of dedicated service. His remarkable career was defined by his ability to lead teams with a servant-leader philosophy, prioritizing the growth and success of others before his own. This commitment to service shaped a legacy of excellence and mentorship. 

 

Following his military career, Glenn continued his path of service by becoming an ordained minister. In this role, he translates his leadership skills and compassionate nature into spiritual guidance, providing support and counsel to individuals and communities alike. Glenn is dedicated to fostering an environment of empathy and support where members are encouraged to pursue their own paths of service and personal growth. His work in these areas demonstrates his enduring commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others. 

 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Glenn Coleman's academic background highlights his dedication to self-improvement and lifelong learning. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Business Management, where he graduated with honors, earning Magna Cum Laude distinctions. Furthermore, he possesses a Master's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, equipping him with the expertise to manage and develop talent effectively. These educational achievements further empower Glenn to lead with knowledge and integrity, reinforcing his ability to serve his community and professional spheres excellently.
